Your handwritten text is transferred to your smartphone/mobile via Bluetooth and to your customer account on the sertal server via the Internet (or the docking station on your PC).
Each form is designed with a unique grid and is one of a kind. The form can be compared with a map and the pen with a GPS device which always knows where it is currently located. This enables the digital pen to precisely identify the form used, as well as the predefined fields. This technology enables you to digitise your handwritten data smoothly and successfully.
After the form has been created, a grid is stored in the background and saved as a normal PDF. You can now decide whether to print these forms individually from your ERP system or have them produced as a block in a print shop. You then only need to fill in the forms and can start with data entry.
